Syam Kumar, Co-founder, Director

With over 25 years of work experience in managing data and technology solutions and ample management experience, Syam, co-founder of Prosent, is passionate about technology solutions, especially AI-based solutions. Syam holds an M.Tech in Knowledge Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where he was introduced to A.I. and data mining techniques. He also has an M.B.A. from Lancaster University. Syam believes in the effective use of technology to help companies improve their business process and customer interaction.

He started his career as a software programmer. He worked most of his career in the data management and analysis division of reputed market research companies TNS and J.D. Power and Associates.

Trivikram, Co-founder, Director

With 20 years of work experience in leading data-related projects, business process management, and stakeholder management, Trivikram, co-founder of Prosent, is passionate about data and data analysis products. Trivikram holds a Post Graduate degree in MIS from the Osmania University of Hyderabad, India.

He started his career as a data processing programmer. He made his way to advanced analysis, Machine Learning, and AI. He worked most of his career in the data analysis departments of reputed market research companies TNS and J.D. Power and Associates.
